For moderate prescriptions (+/-2.00 to +/-4.00), we recommend 1.6 index lenses. Higher prescriptions benefit from 1.67 or 1.74 high-index lenses, which are thinner and lighter.
What's the difference between anti-reflective and blue light coatings?
