If you are not 100% satisfied with your glasses or if you change your mind and no longer like the frame or colour then we are happy to refund the glasses or supply a new pair free of charge within 14 days. Please note that some lenses cannot be refunded. All of our frames come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty.

Yes, all of our products come directly from the manufacturers, which are mainly based in Italy. Whether you buy from us or on the high street, the product will be the same. All of our products come with the branded case and cloth (with the exception of Oakley frames, which sometimes only come with a soft sock case). All of our products come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty.

Delivery times vary (please see our delivery schedule). Most orders are dispatched within 10 working days. Many items need to be sourced from our suppliers in Italy. This is in order to keep prices as low as possible as we don't have the costs associated with an enormous stock. We do keep stocks of popular frames and these will be shipped within 24 hours. If you need an item quicker please check with us to see if we have it in stock.

All our frames and sunglasses come with a 12 months manufacturer's warranty. In the unlikely event that your glasses develop a manufacturing fault, please send photos to our email address [email protected] along with your original order number. We will then assess the photos to see if a warranty is required. You may need to return the glasses to us so that we can put your lenses into the new frame and send the faulty one back to the manufacturer.
